Application ProcessApplication Period From now till 30 April 2009 (application may close earlier once quota is full and therefore early application is recommended) Applications received after the application deadline will be considered on a place-available basis. Complete Your Application If you are submitting your application online, we will acknowledge your submission promptly via email upon receipt. In the unlikely event that an email acknowledgment is not received, please contact the College Office by email: cbhaas@cityu.edu.hk, phone: +852 2788 8527, or fax: +852 3442-0151. Online application is strongly recommended but if you choose to submit a printed application, be sure to type or print your work legibly, and to sign your application. Send the application to the address or fax number listed on the form. Mailed or faxed applications are processed and acknowledged promptly via email upon receipt. The information that applicants provide in the application will be used as a basis for offering admissions by CityU and will become part of the student record for the programme and may be used for purposes in accordance with the procedures of CityU and UC Berkeley if and when the application is successful. Notification of Acceptance Qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling and place-available basis. Applicants will normally be notified via email of admission decision within 1 week upon receipt of their applications. Logistical information will be sent to paid participants in mid-July 2009.
