DSS20584 Contemporary Issues in Leisure, Arts and Culture

Course Aims & Objectives:
Aims: This course aims to enable students to capture the latest development and examine issues in leisure, arts and culture in Hong Kong and the Mainland


Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:

  1. describe the changes that are currently occurring in leisure, arts and culture in Hong Kong and the Mainland;
  2. identify the forces and factors that influence the development of leisure, arts and cultural services;
  3. analyze the challenges and opportunities afforded at leisure, arts and cultural services in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
