Training Session on the Database of Chinese Classic Ancient Books

The Library is pleased to announce the following training session on the Database of Chinese Classic Ancient Books:

The Database of Chinese Classic Ancient Books is a newly-subscribed electronic resource. It includes over 10,000 ancient Chinese classic books of all past dynasties/eras from pre-Qin to the Republic of China. It allows subject search, title, author, era, edition or sub-title search, and full-text search. Participants in the session will be introduced to the database and can begin to enjoy reading and studying Chinese classic ancient books. Coverage includes: Page display Searching Study of texts/images Auxilary tools
