The Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) is a scheme designed to assist students to apply for admission to full-time government-funded bachelor ’ s degree and associate degree/higher diploma programmes offered by the eight member institutions of JUPAS, and the full-time non-government-funded bachelor ’ s degree programmes offered by Open University of Hong Kong.
You are eligible to apply through JUPAS if
▪ you are a secondary school student sitting for the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) in the current year; or
▪ you are a non-school applicant who has either obtained or expect to obtain HKALE results in the current year.
You are not eligible to apply through JUPAS if you are currently enrolled in a full-time government-funded bachelor ’ s degree programme, regardless of whether you wish to make the application on the strength of your HKALE results or not.
